Sometimes i can't find many items ( 0 on floor/Back/Hand ) and the TL is sometimes not around for me to let him know . So i INF them by myself ... Will i get in trouble or are there consequences?
Hey guys,
I've recently been given the task to organize grocery 1 in the backroom and it has been going really well. But I've been finding A TON of no location products in the back. Some leaders have told me that it's best to flex it out somewhere and print a new label for it and others have...
Hello everyone! I've been working at target as a seasonal fulfillment employee for a few weeks, and I've mostly been picking OPU/SFS during that time.
I've never been told to speed up my picking until the other day when my LOD contacted me over walkie and said "is everything alright? You've...
I work pretty close with the flex team since I got crosstrained, and, man, are our INF hurting lol. We don't know if stuff is being stolen or what but, we have had to hit item not found for medicine, alcohol, sanitizer, and toilet paper like there is no tomorrow. Our etl doesn't know what to do...
Okay since no one in my store has the time to explain this is going to be a mini rant post / inquiry for an explanation on how the hell this app works. I’m going to over simplify the numbers so clarity can be established.
last night we had a forecast in MPM of 300.
completed workload was well...
What is ETL SPS? because the one we have apparently for Q4 is killing our SFS numbers everything is in red & all I keep saying is he's in charge so it's his fault we miss our goals but because me & my friend are Captains we're going to get yelled at
if I'm doing an RTS batch and accidentally close e-pick without exiting the batch first, how can I get back into it? It's no longer showing up in RTS and I know nobody else picked it up
I've mentioned before that I purchase a great deal from Target. Since early December shipments have been VERY erratic but I'm forgiving as, of course, I'm going to respect the company I work for and the often overstressed persons making orders happen BUT...
The LAST three orders took 6 - 11...
Pulls? Picks? Flexes?
What’s the difference in them? This morning I had to use the mydevice in the backroom and find product then put it out on the floor. Was that a pull??
I’m so glad I can ask all these “stupid” questions here instead of at my store. 😓
So lately my STL keeps calling me captain and how much he’ll depend on me during Q4. I saw on workbench that this is actually a real thing. Now, am I suppose to be sat down and told this? Also, is there a pay incentive or just assured hours?
trying to duke it out with amazon prime day was a nightmare. so. much. furniture. so many 4-5 order batches at a time. sooooo much non stop action. got it all done though. a sense of accomplishment for getting it all done, but getting through it was EXHAUSTING.
Hey, I'm kinda new to Target (also 1st post whoop whoop) and I was wondering about flexing items in.
So first off, my store actually just recently opened a little over a month ago (hope that's not giving away too much info) and things are still being put into place. The store has been more or...
