How quickly does store management get the results of a guest survey?

I just had possibly the dumbest talk with one of my managers. A 'mid year review'. Did I get a raise? Hell no. I thought maybe my IPH was low or something like that, they had said I wasn't doing so well. It was the front end numbers that weren't doing well.

Recently I've had a few guests say that they would take the guest survey and write about how helpful I was. I was just wondering if anyone gets told by anyone if a guests writes a good review on you? Or is there another way to find out? Not a big deal if not I'm just really curious.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what you do or did to boost your scores. We have stressed to people on the floor that it starts with their interaction there.
Every few weeks I go on workbench to review the written comments from guests. This past week I went to workbench and it seems as though everything has changed. I can't find the comments.
So....have they discontinued allowing TMs from having access to them.....or have they "moved" the access...
