Does anyone else have a problem at the target store they work at about customers (I will not call them guests) leaving thier empty or half-empty Starbucks Cups throughout the store?

I am a TL and have been told by my newish ETL that I need to do the inventory for both Starbucks and Food Avenue. I printed out the TINV guide, but beyond simply counting everything I have in those areas I have no idea what to do. What should I be doing for inventory in these areas?
