I have not been reviewed yet but folks I have spoken to have been telling me that they are receiving no monetary information with their reviews. My question is, is everyone just going to $13 at the beginning of June, with the review rating not having any additional compensation attached to it? I suppose for most people, going to $13 would mean 50 cents or $1 per hour raise, but the folks who make between $12.51 and $12.99 would kind of get slighted. I'd think someone who was making $12.80 or so and received a DEO, would feel kind of angry about only receiving a 20 cent raise, whereas a fairly new cashier with an average rating would receive $1.
