If it gets approved, it'll just be on the next check.News to me.
So what happens to the PTO that was added from my previous pay period.
I already got paid for that week.
What if that delayed PTO added puts me over 40 hours (for both individual weeks) for that pay period. If it gets approved, it'll just be on the next check.
At my store paid time off is always done my HR never my ETL. ETL only approves time off. ETL does not handle paid time off. It's actually your ETL who should be taking care of it
It won’t since your not asking PTO for those weeks it is for previous weeks. What if that delayed PTO added puts me over 40 hours (for both individual weeks) for that pay period.
Then what's submitted will need to be manually adjusted down by your HR when they run payroll. What if that delayed PTO added puts me over 40 hours (for both individual weeks) for that pay period.
the pto was approved last week already, so unless they go in and retroactively notice it, i'd have to say something.Pto come out of a different bank. It doesn’t increase your “worked hours” over 40 allowing you to get ot.
It would be 33 hours of worked time and 8 hours of pto. If hr doesn’t catch that pto needs adjusted, it doesn’t earn you ot.
You take the risk that the pto will get completely denied tho.
Depends how good your hr is.
