Am I eligible for rehire

Am I eligible for re hire. I last worked in a seasonal capacity last year during the holiday season. I wasn’t the best employee, but I wasn’t as bad as other employees who were much worst and to be fair a lot of the workload they gave me was unreasonable and unfair. It was almost like they were setting me up for failure. I tried calling out once or twice last year but I still came in regardless. So I can say my attendance was good. They let me go after the season was over and the store wasn’t that busy. I have been trying to get re hired for the upcoming holiday season but to no avail. I reapplied to the same store I worked at and my hr etl moved to a different store. Are my chances good or not. Will they re hire me?

No way for us to know for sure. I've seen people who were "not rehireable" that have been rehired, and people who were AMAZING not get rehired. ASANTS
