Does Spot still give out things like pens and such to team members who hit landmark anniversaries?

I didn't get my 10th year anniversary gift yet. I was hired early October. One coworker who lasted 10 years and was hired a week before me got hers last week.

My store always made a point of mentioning them. My DC prints the anniversaries in the newsletter.

Congrats! I have noticed that Spot doesn't seem to recognize special events the way they once did. I remember years ago always getting a card in the mail for my Birthday. All the etls and stl would sign it . Also, would receive one on my anniversary as well. That no longer happens. I did hit my 20 year mark this year....there was a little "shout out" by a couple of etls that were up there and one tm who happened to be standing there. Nothing like there would had been in the good old days

My store does. I got a $25.00 target gift card and a piece of paper from Target saying how they appreciate my service blah blah, you know corporate bs. What I appreciated was every Etl, tl and STL wrote a little something.
