I've been at Target for several years now. Recently, I was promoted to GSA. Before that, I was a Salesfloor team member and before that I was in the backroom. A few days ago I saw that my store was looking for a Salesfloor Team Leader so I applied for that. Throughout my years at Target I have recieved excellent reviews and have been Great Team Hero numerous times. Also, according to my Team Leaders, my name comes up a lot in contribution meetings and I've also never been written up. My question is do you think I have a good shot at getting Team Lead or do you think they will want to keep me as GSA. I should also make it known that when I was on the Salesfloor I was consistently praised for my work.
