Archived Applying internally through Workday

There is a position open at a different store that I would like to apply for. The ETL HR there told me to apply through Workday, which I have no idea how to do. I tried toying around with things myself but couldn't figure it out. Google hasn't helped much either. Who knows how to do this, and could you please offer some guidance?
