Situation is I have 2 dates I was told given personal situation and because “we care” we won’t be holding these dates against you, following week was late had a conversation the week after about it according to cca but not from the conversation they had with me before releasing my cca. The kicker. The starting date of conversation they have listed in regards to my attendance is a date which I had a doctors appointment and used my intermittent leave.
I am hoping for some answers as I haven’t accepted/“signed” my cca yet. One how should I go about this. My options I have thought about. Contacting the leave people and talking to them first, contacting Hroc and asking them about said pdds or asking my ETL about the first conversation in question. This seems pretty borderline illegal and like they are attempting to push me out without having to do their actual job to fire me!

If it's a question about use of intermittent leave and you followed the steps to use it, contact Leaves and Disability. Stores aren't supposed to mess with that if it is approved and the tm follows the correct reporting steps.
