Archived Availability issue

So I'm available every day except Sundays and Monday nights, I had open availability until August and since I changed it, I have had really no issue. So on the schedule starting tomorrow, I noticed I was on there for a 10pm-6am shift. So when I came in last Saturday I immediately told my TL and he said alright and that was it.

So I thought.

So last night, I was off, and I went online to check the new schedule and noticed I hadn't been takeen off for tomorrow night. So I texted a coworker and asked him to please remind that specific TL about it. So a couple hours later, said coworker, told me that said TL, said that I needed to speak to my ETL about it. He never said any such thing to me on Saturday, said he'd take care of it. My ETL isnt in tonight so I'm screwed for tomorrow.

What do you guys think I should do? I don't want a NCNS so I imagine I should call tomorrow but I also don't want a call out counted against me.

Sorry for the long post guys ughhh why cant people follow the availability of the Tms Whats the point?

Call in. Don't take a NCNS. Explain to your ETL that you were scheduled outside of your availability. Tell him you misunderstood your TL, and that's why you didn't bring it up sooner. If it is against your availability, you shouldn't have it count against you.

Always follow up, is suggested with tl, etl, & hr. Looking at the online schedule may not show the changes.

Same thing happened to me ( scheduled outside my AV) I don't work on Thursdays and they said oh well too bad basically find someone to work for me. I mean I know it's next week but I never see the HR because they usually leave before I go.. It is frustrating when they don't even pay attention to my schedule..

Well I called in and the LOD said it will not count against me as a call out, can't imagine my ETL will be too thrilled though. Heard they're receiving a double truck tonight.
