Conversation with my HR:

"If I open my availability, will you guys still honor my max hours and not give me more than 25 per week?"
"Yes, definitely. The computer won't schedule you past your max hours. I promise."

I go to look at the schedule...and I'm scheduled 7 days a week at 40 hours. Uh uh, I can't do it.

What can I do? Since my max hours is set at 25, am I truly obligated to do 40? Do I just call in? I mean, I'm just fed up with being lied to. Give those hours to one of the many team members that's begging for them!
 
Swap shift board. Talk to your HR again.
