Was curious in new mexico how far do they go on background check.....

I passed a walmart background check is it the same as target

Target seems to hire pretty much anyone. I wouldn’t worry to much if you have a small charge against you, pretty sure they’re looking for big crimes like murders or large sum theft

Depends on severity of the offense and the disposition date. Varies from state to state how far back courts can legally report your charges.
