After my many years with Target and several position held my time at Target has come to an end .
I will for sure miss my team but not all my peers 😂
However better opportunity came up and couldn’t pass it .
Nothing beats a work life balance which I’ve neglected for many years.
So for all those still here , good luck and make sure you put yourself first
Also thank you to all of you , this forum has been nothing but amazing 🤩

Surprised ? No. Shocked yes .
I’ve been there for so long that they assume will be my house forever .

The sad part is that I’m hearing how bad things are already .

I just feel bad for the team . No one wants to be there anymore .
They feel like now they just have to do the bare minimum like the rest of the leadership.

Yeah same I like my inbound team. They are the reason I even go in at this point. The rest of the leadership don't deserve mine or there hardworking. It's a shame. I'm planning on moving on sooner rather then later. I wanted to work like crazy this q4 and save a ton of money but now they won't approve any OT. Last year I did 60 hours year before that I did almost 80.
