Are y'all not getting your ordered shipments of things a lot lately in Cafe/FA? We went without med/small drink lids for about 3 weeks, then medium cups for like 2 weeks, haven't gotten buffalo chicken pretzel sandwiches for about 3 weeks, couldn't get regular creamers for 2 weeks, etc. I know the pizza thing was because the manufacturer went out of business, but it seems like my store is out of an essential for an extended period of time, ALL the time. Wondering if it's affecting everyone, or if it's a regional/store volume thing?

As long as someone is ordering the paper supplies you should be getting them in about 10 days. As far as food, your receiving clerk should be able to print an out of stock report after your food is delivered. It sounds to me like someone isn't ordering your supplies or food in time to appropriately replenish. Another hang up that we have with supplies is they come off the truck with the supplies pallets and sometimes signing pallets. If there isn't some one that breaks them down right away your stuff can be lingering in the back forever. There is also a link on workbench for weekly order pallet. It is not always updated though.

Our freezers are the emptiest I've ever seen.

It took weeks to find a new pizza vendor...

@thenutjob my signing pallets are coming in super late. Sometimes supply pallets will come in all by themselves. But @ClamJammer yes normally a good bit of that stuff comes in with the signing pallet. Check with your receiver and/or the people who unload your truck to see if there was a signing pallet or the signing person or yes, even the PMT. their stuff in on that pallet frequently too. You can look and add the weekly packing list to your quick links, but unfortunately it doesn't give u the info u really want. But u can look to see and say " hey that should have been here March 1st"
