Calling off through mytime

Calling out function not visible on mytime. How to rectify this?

Also screen shot proof of your call off and/or late notice.

The system deletes them after two weeks those supposedly you can see them in My Time on Chromebox.

I am not sure of that though.

only HR and ETLs have access to callouts Both on the mydevice and their personal device.

TLs can see them when they come in real time and they will stay in your alerts but that’s about it. Supposedly it’s to discourage TLs from working off the clock by potentially accessing it on your personal device while not working. I’d love it if they could figure out a way to let us access it on a Target device but not on our personal, kind of like workday Training.

Call offs should show up in Greenfield indefinitely (when it's working) but still keeping those screens is def. a good idea.
