Archived Calling out as a seasonal?

I'm supposed to work saturday and sunday, I caught the flu earlier in the week and planned to work through it thinking i'll get better. However, my symptoms have gotten beyond manageable, worse than I've ever had before.

Would I get termed for calling in for this?

call in, not worth it. You won't get termed as long as you communicate adequately.

I think you need to take care of yourself and get better but I also wish I could say for certain you won't face retribution for missing a Sat and a Sun Q4. I have come across some vindictive leaders in my time at Target. Unlike a regular TM, it's very easy to term a seasonal and no one really questions it.

If I were in your shoes I would go in Saturday, ask to leave early and let them know you will call about Sunday. But if you have good leaders you can just call in tomorrow and they will be understanding.

While a Dr's note is not required or a Target policy it does help.
