Calling out

So I spoke to some coworkers and they both told me they were pulled for some absences they had within a month or two period and I think it was at least 3 I’m not too sure and they were talked to by the ETL which is also my ETL. So either corporate is lying and bullshiting again or my ETL isn’t going by the policy. From what it sounds like, It’s Corporate lying about it.

The no consequence for absenteeism went away with the hazard pay. People were abusing it and Spot was eager to cut them loose. They aren't giving people shit who call out because they are actually sick. Now the ones who claim illness every Friday and Saturday night, they get coached, as they should.

Seems like a lot of stores are doing their own thing.
