Archived Can you be fired for hitting your 8th?

I would love to be able to say I'll not take OT and just let me work extra hours. This time of year is so hard to get everything done in one week. Took me three days to write the schedule this week because of all the online orders and having to back up at Service Desk.

Working 60 hours in a week at regular pay is a nightmare to me. If I'm going to be underpaid for such long hours of work, at least make me ETL. lol

I've gotten OT when I "clopen". Clock out at 1230a, back at 8a for a full shift. They don't say anything.
