Cash office

Is there anyone that can clarify something for me? I have done the CO for 10 years and thought that all data was to be sent by 2pm, now we are being told it can be finished anytime that day.

i’m not sure when the change happened, but the two that trained me in 239 had been doing cash office for 10+ years and they mentioned that it used to be that way. Now I believe it just has to be done by end of day. Sometimes they schedule me to go in at 3, so I can close after I come out and we’ve never had any issues.

you can do cash office at any point in the day now, whether using COA or a cash recycler
