I don't think we should be trying to fill the floor as aggressively as some stores appear to be. The new process is still pretty fresh, and hasn't had time to really take effect. Let the instocks team do their thing, and make sure their batches get pulled. The improvements this new system is supposed to bring will not come overnight, we just need to give it some time.

Plus, with backroom teams being cut to the bone, it's extremely counterproductive to send them out to the floor to push these extra batches. Someone needs to backstock this stuff. That's when overnight walks in, sees the mess, and starts calling in extra people. There's our payroll. Down the drain because people want to jump the gun.

Dropping batches will make the auto's smaller soo flow will be happy although opening br probably hates having bs left over...

As sem said dropping manuals will make autos smaller. Yesterday we dropped 15 manuals between 8am and 1 and then 5 more between 7 and 9. Overnights autos last nighters were only 4.5 hours
