Benefits College Education included in Guild Network?

Anyone knows if Spot financially assists with college education for TMs outside of the Guild network?

They use to do reimbursement way back for qualifying courses and degrees. You could eventually get reimbursed for the cost but you were limited to a certain amount per year.

For example if a semester cost 10k, and the annual reimbursement was 5k. They would only reimburse 5k this year and 5k next year.

Idk if that's still the case now with Guild, but you'd need to check with them.

Yes, Guild reimburses you with the traditional method reimbursement program outside the network. Its 3k per year with roll over and 5k for Masters, better than the previous program.

Its for any undergrad/Masters. Depending on which program you use within Guild there's different requirements. Better as in they paid out more than the last. There's a lot more detail on the guild website and I think benefits are day one.
