I've been the branding tm for awhile but gave up the title to be developed into a TL. My ETL assigned me as captain of the cosmetics revision to prove my ability to lead. Does anyone have any tips on how to make this sucessful? I've already statused with the cos. TL and their expectations, which wasn't a lot. Also, I know that I need to partner with the plano TL since essentially they're doing the revision. Other than that, I could use more direction on wt to look out for.
