How does your store handle TL coverage re: payroll plan?

fsst never been trained in fulfillment. Winning!

Haha same, never been trained and I don't backup the front end either.

I've always been a pretty fast mover and I'm good at finding things - back in my younger days I probably would've scorched FF. But now I'm older, a bit slower, and have a heart condition - not sure how good I'd be and they've never asked.

I also have never been trained to cashier. I work 4 to 9 am and I need those hours on my floor pad. They leave me alone. I do my job and then some.

I used to do OPU but rarely do it anymore.

My TL said my entire department was going to be trained to do them which was BS.

I am the only one in my department that knows cashiering.
