Target increases over last year $. Cost of living increases $$$$. At least in my area, and they wonder why not keeping people..

we're hiring and still spotty volunteer ot. i feel like at my building voluntary ot will essentially be forever anymore, if not mandatory half of the year. red area economy perks i guess. we have slowed down a lot/voluntary vns at times too though. like always its literally day by day.
