Over the holidays, a senior citizen lady asked me for the "intercontinentals" area of the store. Judging by her poopie-pants stance, I hurriedly directed her to the adult undergarments aisle (Poise! Depends!) for her immediate needs.

No code brown was issued that day, if I recall.
