With all the hoopla of pay increases new pay grades and titles does anyone know if brand tm will still exist? If so will they still pay the extra change for that on top of the new min increase?

Nope only four paygrades now.

All softlines team members will be at the same rate. Same with beauty. That's one of the things about the raise, everyone should be able to do everything now.
