And no there isn't an online copy as its considered confidential corporate property. Not that they'll fire people that show it to others but they don't want it published publicly.

As stated in prior thread, any questions on jobs at target, go to target.com under careers.
You need to apply for job, get interviewed, get hired, pass drug test & background check. Then, you will get the handbook.
On a similiar note, does anyone know if there's a way to get an updated version of the handbook? Mine is from close to 6 years ago and I know there have been changes.
Ask HR? I will say, I flipped through it yesterday as a new employee who is still in the "excited to work for Spot" phase and didn't find it particularly interesting. But of course I've been read through employee handbooks at other jobs and after awhile they all start to sound alike.
