I'm kinda new and I want a explanation of the swap shift because I'm a bit confused and I will like to give up my shift which I won't be able to work.

At your store there should be board that's labeled "swap shifts"

You put up your unwanted shift(s) on the board and wait

But if the shift is soon, then talk to HR

OAJ - the reason I didn't go into detail is that my store is transitioning entirely to Kronos to do away with the paper board, and I recall other people saying similar things. Better to point them to the correct source of information than to mislead.

Our system is to find someone, agree to swap/take soft, write it on clipboard above time lock. Then it has to be approved.
