Finally, finally after long awaited got a new job. What's the best way to put in your two weeks, or most professional way?

Use sick & personal leave first. Grab the form from tmsc or use workday.

Target doesn't require anything other than filling out a form. The professional way is to write a letter and personally deliver it to your STL. Then follow though with your 2 weeks. You will get your vacation paid out but not your personal holiday so if you have those, use them.

I finally got a job as AP at another store. My ETL-AP recommended me to get a few years of experience and try and come back as an ETL-AP

That's great. As bad as Target is, there is surely some knowledge that you will take with you.
