Sales Floor Fitting rooms

Anyone here have locked fitting rooms? How do you handle it - is someone scheduled there at all times or does everyone do their own thing and just answer the calls?

We just started this recently and I find I really can't do much else but let people in and out and process reshop. Maybe the last half hour of the shift I can zone a little.

If anyone has had these through an inventory, do you know if it made a big difference in shrink? I would imagine it would, just wondering what the numbers look like.

we locked them too. & have a fitting room person in the area all times. we have lost alot of clothes to boosters.

Locked and have a call button. Style tms rotate throughout the day.

We have locking ones but we just keep two or three open. We dont have a fr person and no one but the LODS and TLS have a key for them. We had one foe our tms but it vanished big surprise.

Our fitting room has been out of control for quite awhile, wish we had locks, at least for the family room…

I can’t even imagine how much we have lost out of ours, we have walked in to just tags everywhere 🤷‍♂️

Same thing with SCO. If you're smooth and unassuming it's possible to go through the scanning motion and not scan, bag the items, pay for a few and out the door.
