NEW Food & Beverage Coordinator

Looks like there is a new position rolling out for F&B. Looks like they will go around to and be responsible for different Targets. Kind of like a middle between F&B TLs and the F&B director. Think F&B business partner. Anyone have any info on the position? pay range? I left Target a few...

Another step for an etl to move up. My most recent F&B coordinator just became an SD. They report to the F&B Director. If your store is having issues with vendors theyll be the one to reach out to them. They are also supposed to make sure that stores are following standards in the F&B department. Mine covers my whole district although that might be dependant on the area.

Most cover 2 districts and report to the FBD. From what I've seen it's a lot of following up on reporting/metrics and communicating that to your stores, as well as conducting working visits where you assist the store in F&B and walk a scorecard of sorts.
