you were kinda right -- it's K4 if you do it AFTER the receipt has printed

For some reason I get a lot of guests who want gift receipts for target gift cards... why can’t you add them during the transaction, why do you have to do it after the fact?

I understand there’s pretty much no reason to get a gift receipt for a giftcard but the guests don’t listen to that

it’s honestly always just old people who think that there will somehow be problems with the card and it won’t activate

I always give receipts for giftcards whether the guest asks for one or not, to show them the card has been activated but a gift receipt?

Yes so many people ask me too!!! I go “so if they want to return this gift card, using a gift receipt, they’ll get a gift card.....” so I just print a balance slip

When they say GR what they want is you to do print balance
