I just got off the phone with an HR-TL from one of the stores my old ETL-HR said she would contact for me.
The HRTL asked me a ton of questions. She kept saying they really needed experienced people right now because 90% of current TMs at her store have been with the company 6 months or less due to major turnover problems they have been having. So during all the questions she was asking me, I kept bringing up prior Target experience and the fact I used to be a TL. She seemed completely overjoyed to have someone with so much retail experience and kept saying how important it was going to be to her store right now to get someone with experience.
So anyway, everything went freaking great on the phone and I have an interview with the ETL-HR at her store tomorrow for a sales floor TM position.
It sucks that the store is far away, and I am going to have to restart as a TM.... but whatever, it's a job and money.
