It can depend on your store, as well as your experience.

As a new hire, I'd expect you to be at another store for at least two weeks, likely no more. As a new in role/same store promoted TL, I was at another store for three days over a two week period of time. The SL-TL we hired at the same time had 2 weeks of 5 days each I think at the same store I was training at as well.
