Does anyone know when flex hours lock in when you've exceeded your sales forecast? Is it different for 4 week months vs 5 week months?

Thank you! Then my store still has a chance to earn flex early next month, just not as many hours as I hoped. Our forecast is absurdly low for October week 1, and then pretty normal for week 2. I was hoping some would lock in after week 1 because we should do more than 50% over forecast.

Yes this is correct. You lock in 50% on I think the 3rd Thursday of the month for most months and then the percentage that locks in gets higher as the month goes on
