Hey all, I've been with Target for four months now and it's my first ever job. My starting role was backroom day, cross-trained with instocks, till after about a month when one of the ETLs decided they need me more for instocks - there were only three members, so I was well aware. However, I've come to the conclusion that I thoroughly prefer backroom haha, so I'm hoping to be back there within the next week or so, now that they've hired two new instock team members. Regardless, Target is crazy but I love working here. 🙂 Vibe on!
