No. With enough cca an etl can fire a Tl .the sd supports the etl , and hrpb approves the term. As for hiring in my store the etls are hiring only for their team.

Maybe it's ASANTS, but at our store an ETL cannot fire anyone without the HR ETL's blessing. Normally, they also need the HRBP's blessing as well (depending on documentations). That being said, if an ETL didn't know that and fired a TL or TM it's likely HR would back the ETL up (again, depending on the situation).

From a tm perspective they don’t see the approval from above. They just assume an etl fired them on their own.
