Maybe this store should’ve stayed a K-mart in North Carolina…From male ETL’s watching leaders lust and attempt to form inappropriate relationships with workers, to leaders allowing their early morning GM team to unsafely allow product to not be properly back stocked and creating a huge safety hazard of bulky items that are left laying in the isles, to a female guest services team leader falsifying drive up times and telling her team to grab the guest phones and ask them to switch to pick up whenever they want their times to be lower or hide the fact that they’re not keeping up on time, to that same female team leader to be stealing product and trying to peer pressure her shy team to take beauty and hygiene products that she likes and thinks smells good and pretend to “Salvage it out”.. only for her to pocket it or keep it behind the desk.

To the very young HR lady to be bringing her kids in and out of TSE or light duty where it’s a huge safety hazard and children shouldn’t be allowed. To the food team leaders or leader that allows extremely expired food to be on the floor from 2023 and not caring about it at all! From the etls protecting team leaders that create huge food and safety violations by not scheduling them to be working the same days where they’ll have visits.. To leaders following females that they’re attempting to have personal relations with on social media… and if you dare say no you’re punished or possibly made to be a villain or slut shamed.

From literal poop and pee coming out of sewer drains LITERALLY RIGHT NEXT TO FOOD! They just cleaned it up without inspecting or cutting off access to the area. Like literally poop particles and pee could have literally gotten on every single item near the rest rooms and sewers and nobody cared!!! They also have this one backstock area in guest service that is an entire mess. I mean beauty product on top of beauty product spilled, stepped on, rolling out of the cardboard boxes… team leaders just closing the isle back up as if they don’t see the mess.

Almost every single male leader in there has attempted to get with or at least flirt with many women here. It’s extremely cliquey and since it’s very male dominated, nobody really cares or says anything. All I can do is hope and pray that someone gets caught or held accountable. This is not the Target standard I thought was supposed to be happening.. I’ve been working here for many years and can say leadership and higher management definitely needs to change. Sincerely,

You can always report to the health department and any other safety organization such as osha.
You can also use the origami risk app and will go straight up to hq.
 
If you report anything to anybody do it anonymously and make sure you cover your tracks. The Hotline might investigate the sexual harassment, but particularly at this point I wouldn’t trust it. If you decide to inform them cover your butt and don’t call the Hotline yourself. Nothing good will come of it for you if your “leaders” find out who let the cat out of the bag. Good luck.
