Depends on who you talk to. We complain about it a lot in my store, but there's only one fellow TM that I get into specifics with.

I don't understand why team members tell their etls about hours getting cut from other team members (or not getting another position in the store). What do they think they get in return? I see nothing.

I don’t see a problem either talking about hours between TMs . Only thing the leaders might not like is some one pointing out why their hours are cut but some other TMs are still getting max hours . They don’t want to explain such things to TMs .

Corp-regional-some STLs pride themselves for fucking over the subordinates and essentially taking money out of their pockets. Screw them.
