Archived I can’t check my schedule !!

For some reason I can’t log in to the website to check my schedule from my phone but I can check it from my job and from the zebra as well. Idk what the heck to do because I’m getting tired of taking photos of my schedule at work !!

Join the crowd. It is a known issue at the moment and they announced this new Kronos app you can download but it is having issues as well. Who knows when they will have it resolved.

I can totally understand, all that effort you put forth to take a photo must be physically draining. I remember the days when we had to write our schedule by hand, that was excruciating!

God forbid we have to use our 700-800 dollar, portable scientific machines to take a picture of our schedules.

I had this same problem...you have to call the CSC and they have to reset something on their end. It only affects websites outside of targets network (Kronos, my schedule, etc).

I downloaded the Kronos Mobile app and it doesn't work; after I log in it says error license required or words to that effect. The reviews in the app store didn't exactly make me feel warm & fuzzy about it before downloading, but I figured I'd give it a shot.

Ditto. if the /myschedule does not work then the /viewschedule link seems to make it click. I have enough apps on my device... I'll stick with a web page.
