Just don't rub your bonuses in front of your team!

One of my O/N ETL's the other night was talking about our Black Friday sales and how we're up 7% of the year. How that is great because it'll make OUR bonuses larger. Was very insulting since I won't see a penny of that, it's HER bonus, not OURs lol. Douche ETL's are douchey. Don't be one!
