All stores have them. They’re always in the ambient room, food ave, and occasionally you’ll find a store with one in receiving.

I'm really curious as to what happened to ours. We had it in the closet at Guest Service but it was removed a longtime ago.

Depending on the model you had Spot may have done away with it. The end goal is to have the same model eyewash stations in all stores according to a conference call PMTs had a few months back about it.
