It's really not needed though. We ask situational questions related to your life. It's not like we can give you the answers.

I used the same situation in all my questions .if you have a good one that you can change the wording to it , you are golden.

I think, in general, people are nervous and not entirely sure what to say in an interview. It would be good to have a thread where you can get ideas of what makes a good interview answer. Maybe you don't need it, but others might.

@OP: This site isn't Target-sanctioned so you're not going to get specific info.
Years ago the site's creator was sued & agreed to pull company-owned material in addition to paying a fine.
This site has also been shut down a few times while corp tried to obtain personal data but was rebuffed.
As a result mods & some members are vigilant about removing anything that can be seen as infringing upon corp property.
