Is there a way to look up when a vendor came in?

Or even better, if they intend on showing up on a particular day? I'm not talking about the log at the service desk. At my store that hardly gets used... I've asked a few leaders and no one really knew. I asked the receiver and she was sort of brusque, I think nursing a cold, so I haven't broached the subject again.

This is the order in which i would attempt to find the information: first ask the receiver, second ask the vendor, third look at old vendor receipts to see what days that particular vendor comes in (if they get checked in with a receipt).

This info was much easier to access with the Globalworx tablet. With the current tablet I have trouble finding when a vendor came in the last time. Trying to find when a mdser last came in and worked backstock and the length of time they spent in the store. If I don't see them and backstock hasn't changed then they didn't come. I'm having this issue big time with one vendor the last 2 weeks. Submit Chatbot, call and text their supervisor and refused delivery this week. If nothing is done soon will refuse another delivery.
Always love how I'm told the reps sent pics of full looking counters to their boss. Nope they only fronted the mdse or the order written is sending too much freight. Either way if the truck is not "truck to shelf" or the excess will not fit in space we for them in the back I'm not happy with the service.
