Archived Kitchen/Small Appliance drowning in freight

Is anyone else in kitchen and small appliamce absolutely drowning in freight and backstock and pulls...


A lot of the time i close and my opener just seems to jump right into pushing truck in the morning which he doesn't finish, so i have to finish pushing, and do pulls so i can even have room to backstock (which are now massive because i can't get to them all every day since truck is priority #1) and backstock AND zone kitchen/Small appliance/office/stationary.

I feel like I'm drowning and my TL has told us we need to do pulls first but i feel like none of my fellow TMs in my area are pulling their weight while I'm running my ass off from the beginning to end of every shift.


I guess i just needed to rant and ask if anyone else is feeling the same way in their areas.. ._.


I'm just so ready for the holidays to be over so i can be caught up again. I care SO much about things in my area being done correctly, and I can't do it all and hold everyone else's hand to get it done right 😭😭

We have a ton of random stuff that needs to be pushed for small appliances because no one that’s pushing knows how to spiderwrap things so instead of doing that they just leave it with the backstock/pulls to be worked
