Does any one knows why in coverage shift
Most of the time it said
Offer rejected ?
I accept a few shifts to coverage and the next day said offer rejected.

Please ask a leader, use swap shift folder to pickup shifts.

It make me think that HR delete it
Or offer the shift to some one else
When I questioned I was told That means some one else took the offer before me
Because multiple peoples can accept the offer
First come first serve
