This is for a Fulfillment Center -
Merit TMs get raises based on an annual review- Floor TMs get raises based on the cost of living.
Typically Merit raises range anywhere from 3-5%, and so do the Floor Raises- it evens out.
However, Floor TMs just received an 80 cent raise because of cost of living.
Merit does not receive this raise even though it is the equivalent of 3-4 years of raises for some people.
A lot of Merit TMs are now making less, or only a few cents more than TMs. Has anyone had this happen to them before?
We are held to different standards with a lot of responsibilities and stress. We also do not get opportunities for overtime.
We are having a meeting this week and I already know HR is going to tell us to stop complaining about this.
I don't feel like this is fair at all- does anyone have any insight on this issue? Any tips on handling this meeting?
