Process at my (former) store (less than a week out of date, not 5 years 😉 ) -
1) Bring the bag out with you when you leave after the CO process
2) Get on a workbench PC. You'll need the UPS Campus Ship login and password for your store. Ask someone else who has done CO on monday if you don't know it and there isn't a set of printed instructions in the slider drawer, which is where we left ours.
3) Get on UPS Campus Ship via workbench. You can either add it to your quick links (it has an edit button on that) or search for UPS on the search bar.
4) Log in. On the address book, hit all addresses and it'll give you one choice which for us was the Denver CO-OP. Select that.
5) Set the weight to 1 lb (D-Volume p-fresh store, so we had at most like 10-15 checks a day. Miiiight need to be higher if your store sees a lot of check volume)
6) Ship Now
7) go through the confirm screen and where it asks you whether you want to print a label, you do.
8) Print, fold in half, stick in the windowed mini-envelope on the front (if there isn't one, you'll need to go back into the CO and put one on, there should be some near where the empty UPS bags are kept), seal mini-envelope and big envelope
9) Bring to guest services, and put in the AP lockup drawer. Sign and date the UPS check log in the binder in there. Officially it's supposed to be there by 9 AM I believe, may vary by store. Our UPS pickup was never there before like 2 PM.
