Archived Needing to take an LOA

Ill need to take an Loa in January, my HR ETL said that I couldn't take one until I was either with target for 90 days or 6 months (she couldn't remember which one) could any one clear this up?

I can't verify policy but I can tell you that I've had TMs go on LOA after their 90 days.

It's gotta be 90 days. I've seen lots of TMs start work in May and then go loa for school at the end of August.
